don't concetrate so much on tier set,but on bonus dmg.By the looks I have worse gear than u,but I have +420 dmg and 17.80% crit. but thats not the point hehe

Also,I saw u few times flaming in general lfg chat.Do you usualy do that in guild or raid chat?
